Who We are

About Us

iFM Coaching is about helping you transform your body, mind and life through nutrition, fitness, habit formation and elevating your mindsets. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, improve your body, or get ready for a fitness competition, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

We believe that real change isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good too. We help you create healthy habits and a mindset that lasts. Our programs are made to fit into your busy life, not take it over. We focus on what works for you, so you can reach your goals and stay healthy and happy for the long term.

The Real Problem with Getting Results

We understand how frustrating it is to work hard and not see results. You try your best, but life gets in the way—a missed workout here, a cheat meal there—and suddenly, you’re off track. It’s hard to stay consistent, and it feels like you’re starting over all the time.

Then there’s the endless advice online. Every day, it’s something new: “Cut carbs,” “Try fasting,” “Do more cardio.” It’s confusing, and it leaves you unsure of what really works.

Sometimes, it feels like your body is broken, like maybe it’s just not capable of change. You do everything right—eat healthy, exercise regularly—but the scale doesn’t move, and your clothes still don’t fit right.

Doing it all on your own is tough. Without support, it’s easy to let things slip.

At iFM Coaching, we get it. We’ve seen these struggles, and we’ve designed our coaching program to help you break through these barriers. We focus on more than just plans—we help you build habits and mindsets that lead to real, lasting results. With our support, you’ll finally achieve the transformation you’ve been dreaming of.

WHAT iFM COACHING CLIENTS ARE SAYING

“I didn’t realize how bad my habits were. I learned a lot about myself and challenged myself in ways I never imagined. It was more than just physically changing; but also changing mentally. Overall this challenge had a huge impact on me. It changed me for the better. I’m learning healthier habits for my lifestyle and really enjoying meeting others with like minded mindsets and goals.”

DONI DOMINGUEZ

“What I liked most about the transformation challenge was the Group Accountability and Mindset Sessions. They both helped overcome a lot of the self-limiting beliefs and barriers I had been dealing with over the past year. Looking back, what was this challenge about pushing through my mental barriers and self-imposed limitations to get to the next level. More than anything, I have established a new baseline of fitness and how I want to feel everyday.”

I just completed a Transformation Challenge led by Aaron Zambrano with IFM Coaching. The transformation was amazing. My fat percentage is down, my muscle mass is up, but best of all I feel great!

FAQ’s

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need habit coaching?
Conventional thinking says you just need a plan to get results, but how many times have you purchased a plan or downloaded one online only to not follow it long term. Sure, you may have done it for a week to a month, but you didn’t stick with it because your habits weren’t in place. A plan (nutrition or exercise) tells what you need to do. A habit plan tells you how you need to do it. You can get results without a plan, simply focusing on better habits.

Also, habit coaching happens in two parts. The first part covers knowing which habits to focus on because they will bring results. We notice many people try “nutrition hacks” or “exercise hacks” to get results, but this only creates a more unsustainable lifestyle. By focusing on what gets results, you simplify the process, and don’t waste time doing things that will not work.

The second part of habit coaching is knowing what to focus on and when. When most people start a program, they go at 100mph, trying to do everything at once. Because iFM Coaching knows the phases you will go through to get results, we know which habits you should focus on first, the second, and so on. This allows you to start at 30mph, get results, then we push to 40mph when you’re ready. Most people NEVER need to get to 100mph to get results.

Why do I need mindset coaching?

First, let’s give “mindset” a definition. Your mindset is made up of perspective, knowledge, attitude, certain core traits, and certain mental skills (i.e., growth mindset, self-discipline, resilience, etc.)

We know these key areas are what affect your overall mindset towards getting results, and to be honest, will totally impact all areas of your life — home life, work life, personal development, etc. It is NOT limited to your physical health.

Most approach a health plan feeling they need to be 100% perfect to get results. Every workout needs to be at 100% intensity. Every meal needs to be 100% perfect. Every day needs to be 100% perfect. “And, if the day is not 100% perfect, then I won’t get results.” This way of thinking is the beginning of the downfall of your plan.

Mindset coaching works in phases. At the beginning of your journey, you need a certain perspective, knowledge base, attitude, and certain core traits and skills to develop. Once you progress, all of these areas need to be improved upon and modified. As you continue to improve and change, we will know which areas of mindset to improve on that will serve you to your goal of getting results and sustainability.

If all you did was follow our habit plan and mindset plans, you will get results. This is how powerful mindset coaching is, and truly is our secret sauce to getting people results.

How long is your program?
There is no definite length to the program. There are some clients that have been with us since 2013. On average, most clients stay onboard for 3-4 years because every year that are achieving their goals and setting new goals to go after.

However, initially, everyone that joins must commit to a minimum of six months because this is how long it takes to make true physical and mental transformation. Most stay on beyond that time to learn how to sustain their results, and to ensure they do not go back to where they started.

How much does your program cost?
We have programs that will fit almost any budget. Costs vary depending on the program you choose. Programs can vary from $97 up to $3,000/month. Don’t be afraid of the price. We have something that will fit your budget, and it WILL get you results. Tell us your budget, and we will direct you to the coaching program that is best for you.
How do you hold a client accountable if this is online coaching?
There are several layers of accountability.

Level 1 – Your coach – we have a system where we are constantly checking your activity, your daily habits, your weekly feedback, and your workouts. A coach can see everything you’re doing and NOT doing. If you go MIA, we will come find you.

Level 2 – The iFM Coaching Community – we have a community of other clients who are going through the same journey as you that you will get to interact with

Level 3 – The iFM Coaching App – This is our super tool. Every day the app tells you exactly what you should be focusing on. As coaches, we get real time data when you complete a workout, execute a nutrition habit, or even send us a message. The app will give you reminders of the things you have to do to make your day successful.

Level 4 – Coaching Sessions – Your coaching sessions are when you submit your photos and your measurements, and we review your data for the month. This in itself is a HUGE piece to keeping you accountable. Knowing you MUST turn in your measurements is the biggest kick in the butt to get you to do the work on your plan.

Although we are online, we have built systems and tools to help us stay more connected, allowing us to help you no matter the true physical distance.

How long does it take to get ready for a fitness competition?
This is not a simple question to answer because of several factors; the amount of muscle you have on your body and how much you need to gain for your specific division, and the amount of fat on your body and how much you need to lose for your specific division. In general, the more time you spend preparing for a competition, the better outcome you will get. However, the shortest we recommend is 6 months for beginners.

We want to make sure you can achieve the competition body, enjoy the process and NOT be starving, tired and miserable, and we want you to be able to sustain 80% of your results following your competition.

For a more specific answer, our coaches would need to do a quick assessment via a call to determine how long it would specifically take for you, and what we would recommend for your timeline. Doing it at the fastest rate possible isn’t always ideal for sustainability after the show.

How much does it cost to do a fitness competition?
Every competition or organization has different costs. Some events can cost as little as a few hundred bucks to enter the competition, while others can be up to $1,000 if you enter multiple divisions. The kind of competition you want to do, the production level, any travel, outfits for the competition, tanning services, etc. — there are a lot of things to consider when tallying up the costs.

At iFM Coaching, we will walk you through every detail, show you how you can do it on a budget, guide you on how to do it with an infinite budget, or find a balance in between. Once we walk you through our assessment, how long it will take for you to compete, etc., we can give you a better idea of the total costs. The cost of doing a show is usually not the reason people don’t jump on stage. Competing can be affordable like any other hobby you’ve had.

How do you customize a meal plan?
Before creating your plan, we have to do a very thorough assessment. We have over 90 factors we review for this. But to keep it simple we customize the program to your age, gender, goals, lifestyle, foods you like/don’t like, daily number of meals preferences, daily habits, muscle mass you have, and many other factors.

We take every aspect of your lifestyle, goals, and starting point into consideration. Our programs are ULTRA customized and change as you change. This is NOT your generic marketing term “customized meal plan.” This is a real plan, tailored specifically to you, and made to be flexible and easy to follow. You don’t have to worry about eating the same meals every day. We know how to create flexibility that is simple yet extremely effective.

Do I have to count macros?
No, you do not have to count or track your macros. If you are the type of person that MUST track and count calories and macros, then we can set up your program to do so.

However, 90% of people DO NOT want to track calories or macros. With our program, we have created a system where you never have us a food calculator, but still hit your daily goals and macros. This is a far more sustainable way of living for most people.

Is this a low-carb or keto type of diet?
No – we do not have a style of diet we push onto people. Once we do our assessment on a client, we will know what type of plan is going to be best for them. If a client has medical issues where they must do low-carb or keto, then of course, we can create it for that.

However, what we find is most people do not have any medical reason to follow a low-carb or keto style plan. We realized most people follow these plans because they feel it’s the only way to get results. Maybe they tried it in the past and lost a lot of weight quickly, giving them the false idea that this is how to get results. These are also the people that couldn’t sustain that way of eating, and most likely gained most of the weight, if not all of it back.

Low-carb and keto plans do work, but if it does not fit your lifestyle and if you do not have a medical reason to follow it, then you’ll be better off being on a plan that is more balanced with carbs, proteins, and fats. This is a far more sustainable way of eating for most people.

How do you customize a workout plan?
Just like how we customize meal plans, we follow the same process here. First, we do a very thorough assessment on you. We consider your starting point, how much fat you have, how much muscle you have, what your goals are, previous injuries or movement limitations, what equipment you have access to, what body parts you need to improve, and which body parts you want to improve, to name a few.

Once we gather this data, we know exactly how to ULTRA customize your workout plan, both cardio and weights.

Do I have to go to the gym?
No – if you prefer to do your workouts at home, we can absolutely design a plan to work with what you have. Whether you have no equipment at all or a full home gym, we can craft a program that will get you exercising and start the process of getting you results.
How many days per week do I have to exercise?
There is no set number you HAVE to do. We meet you where you are. We have noticed we have two types of clients that come to us.

One, healthy exercisers, which are clients that are already exercising regularly but not getting the results they want. With these clients, we focus NOT on the number of days, but the quality and effectiveness of their workouts. Just by improving and creating a plan that is more effective, they will get results without ever increasing the number of days.

Second, we have the inconsistent or NON-exercisers. Our approach is different with these clients. Since they don’t have a consistent routine established, we help these clients build a routine that works for them and their schedule.

The number of days you exercise will depend on where you’re starting, what your goals are, and how quickly you want to get there. If you’re looking at a more sustainable way of living, we will NOT make you do something that looks and feels impossible to achieve.

What kind of exercise do I have to do?
This depends on what you have access to and what you are willing to do.

After our assessment, we will know what you need to do to get to your goal the fastest, but that will still be a sustainable method. However, not all people are ready to hit the ground running. Some want to ease into it, while others are ready to go all in. We will meet you where you are.

In an ideal world, you would be doing some form of resistance training and some form of cardiovascular work.

Resistance training doesn’t always mean doing weights or going to a gym, but it could include that. Body weight training is a form of resistance training. In-home dumbbell exercises are a form of resistance training. Going to a gym and using machines is a form of resistance training.

There are many forms of cardio you can do starting with the most basic, walking. For more advanced there are things like HIIT training and Endurance training.

Depending on what you need, what your goals are, and what you’re willing to do, this will determine what types of exercises you will have to do.

How long does it take for a client to see results?
Within 1 week you feel a massive difference once following our plan. Results seen and felt are almost immediate IF you follow the plan.

Having said that, most do not struggle with following a plan and it is not working. Most struggle with simply following the plan. This is exactly why we put so much emphasis on habit coaching and mindset coaching. Our goal is to make you consistent at following your plan, because we know, and have the data to prove it, then when you follow our plan, you WILL get results.

The limitation is not our plan in most cases. The limitation is the client not executing the plan.

Why would a client not get results?
The number one reason a client doesn’t get results is because they don’t follow the plan. But this leads us to a bigger issue, why does a client NOT follow the plan? In most cases, a client will not follow a plan because they become un-coachable. They go into hiding and stop responding to our messages and phone calls. They don’t show up for their coaching sessions. They essentially stop following our Five Expectations we have for our clients.

We have Five Client Expectations, and if you follow these five expectations, you will get results.

1. We expect you to put your energy and effort into the following the plan given

2. We expect you to contact us immediately if you are unable to follow the plan for any reason, whether it is lack of motivation, getting into your own head, etc. We will coach you through how to get on track and simplify the process.

3. We expect you to contact us immediately if you start to feel negative, start to feel like you’re going backwards, or the program isn’t working. We will coach you through how to get on track mentally.

4. We expect you to respond to us when we reach out for our weekly check-in. We want to coach you. We want to know what is going on. We want to help you. If you don’t respond to us when we are trying to coach you, how are we ever able to help?

5. We expect you to be on all coaching calls regardless of whether you feel you’ve made progress or not. If you don’t feel like you’re progressing or if you haven’t been following the plan, that’s all the more reason to get into the coaching session. WE WANT TO COACH YOU. WE WANT TO HELP YOU. LET US DO THE JOB THAT YOU HIRED US TO DO.

We DO NOT expect you to be perfect at executing your plan. However, we do expect you to always be coachable and trust we truly care about you transforming.

This is not about ego for us. This is about living out our life’s purpose to help people through nutrition, exercise, and positive mindset changes.

Do you only do fitness competition training?
No – Many of our clients are lifestyle clients. In fact, about 80% of our clients are lifestyle clients and only about 20% are competition clients.

A fun fact is most of our competition clients started off as lifestyle clients, had such great success with their lifestyle program, then decided they wanted to do a fitness competition.

When a competitor is NOT training for a competition, they are following a lifestyle program.

Another fun fact, all competition clients follow a lifestyle program to prepare for a show. Then we show them how to elevate that program to get EXTREME results, competition level results.

What’s the difference between training for a fitness competition and training for a general healthy lifestyle?
Not much difference at all. The biggest difference is the speed at which you take your program AND how far you go with body fat loss.

Our lifestyle clients do not have a specific amount of body fat and muscle mass they need to be at by a specific date like a competitor. Lifestyle clients have a far more sustainable approach than what a competitor has to do in the final months leading into their show.

When a competitor starts with us, they start with a lifestyle program just as a lifestyle client would start. However, once a competitor is 4 months away from their show, this is when the true competition program begins. Their progression and execution of their plan must increase rapidly because they are on a deadline and have extreme body goals.

Also, our competition coaching is NOT industry standard. Most competition programs require you to eat the same breakfast for months on end. The same lunch, the same dinner, etc. You literally eat the same foods day after day for 4-6 months. Then you have to LIVE in the gym with your workouts and cardio. This creates massive burnout after the competition, often resulting in the client losing all of their results.

Our competition coaching focuses on taking a journey leading up to your show where 80% of your results can be sustained after the show. We not only focus on taking a far less extreme approach than most competition coaches, but we emphasize what happens after the show, making sure you are keeping your results.

And, since a lifestyle client is not competing, they will never experience this rapid, fast paced type of program.
